NADACON3: San Francisco

NADACON3: San Francisco
September 24-27, 2010

NADACON is a global member conference that allows for New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) members from around the world to come together to share experiences, ideas, and resources while building greater bonds of friendship and collaboration. These unique weekends encourage a greater insider experience of the art world in the host region. Initiated in 2006 in Los Angeles, followed by Marfa in 2008, NADA has chosen to focus this edition with special emphasis on private collection visits and member roundtable discussions.

NADACON3: San Francisco will begin Friday at noon with a member roundtable hosted by one or more of our members to discuss and share burning issues, with another discussion on Saturday. These will then be followed each day by free time which encourages the members from outside of the city to visit member galleries and art institutions in the area, with Friday focused on Downtown, Union Square, Nob Hill, and Saturday on Mission, South of Market. Each evening at 6pm we will visit a private collection followed by dinner that will include a limited number of special invited guests, artist, curators, etc. Sunday begins with free time to explore the city, with a series of two or three, back to back, visits to private collections beginning at 2pm. The evening will end with a Farewell Dinner Lecture and Party hosted by Triple Base.
